This is a cross between 2 nice large well-shaped orange-flowered Cattleyas and should be a banger!
When I first started growing orchid in the ’80s, the only orange-flowered Cattleyas had clusters of small flowers, more resembling their C. aurantiaca parent, but in the past 40 years some wonderful breeding has been done we can offer plants with 5″+ flowers.
Vigorous seedlings available now in 2″ or 3.5″ pots. Photo of 3.5″ (taken 11/2025)
