Aerides houlletiana var. alba is a rare and fragrant orchid species with creamy-yellow flowers and a contrasting white lip. It is a sought-after variety for collectors due to its distinct coloration compared to the typical yellow and purple form of Aerides houlletiana. The plant, native to Southeast Asia, is a compact grower and blooms with pendulous flower sprays in the summer. It’s citrusy fragrance is beyond compare.
Plants are small and growing in 3.5″ pots, soon ready for 4″ baskets. Will be 2-3 years from blooming.
