Maybe the biggest flower of the orange Cattleyas. Easy to flower with showy 5 1/2″ orange blooms in the fall. Another fine progeny of Rlc. Hisako Akatsuka (others include Rlc. Dick Smith, Rlc. Hawaiian Prominence, and Rlc. Jerry Rehfield).
These mericlones are well-established in their 3.5″ pots and are 2-3 years from blooming.
