C. Irene Holguin ‘Brown Eyes’ AM/AOS

In 1985 I joined the Long Beach orchid society in California and I remember the first meeting I went to a lady brought one of these in with about a dozen flowers and I was smitten! Of course all of her divisions were already claimed, but I remember it well. This spring-blooming classic was first awarded in 1969 and these days is very hard to find. These plants are established in 3.5″ pots and are 2-3 years from blooming. I can hardly wait!
